Q. What do I do when I need help and your office is closed?
A. While our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM, we  may be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays (309 762-7979 or 800 772-3885).  If it is truly an emergency, however, you should call 911 or your local emergency service.  Keep Option Care's and your physician's phone numbers nearby.  You should also know which hospital emergency room you would use if needed and its location.

Q. What geographic area does Option Care cover?
A. Option Care has offices throughout the nation.  Our office is located in Moline, Illinois, however we serve the following counties in Illinois: Rock Island, Henry, Mercer, Whiteside, and Lee; and Scott, Muscatine, Clinton, and Dubuque in Iowa.

Q. What kind of services does Option Care provide?
A. Option Care provides home health care in the areas of nursing, infusion and pharmacy natters, physical and occupational therapy, speech pathology, and medical social work. Additionally, Option Care can address durable medical equipment and supply needs.

Q. How do I begin receiving home health services from Option Care?
A. A physician's referral is needed before Option Care can provide services. You can either contact your physician or Option Care directly from which the referral process will be initiated. Once the formal referral has been completed, receiving care is as easy as picking up the telephone!
