Option Care is dedicated to providing patients and their families with
quality professional homecare. Our clinical nursing staff and
pharmacists are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Patient

for you! Option Care provides the following home health services:
Infusion / Pharmacy Services:
Our on-site pharmacists will coordinate with your physician to provide clinical support and supplies needed for Home Infusion Therapy: Antibiotics, Chemotherapy, Pain Control, TPN & Enteral Nutrition, and Hydration. In addition, we are able to provide Wound Care and Sterile
Dressings, Blood Draws for labs, and Post-Operative Care. Option Care also provides a Specialty Program for prevention of RSV in
high risk babies.
Skilled Nursing Care:
Option
Care will provide patient and/or caregiver education and Skilled Nursing
Services as ordered by your physician to aid you in maximizing your
health potential and quality of life.
Home Medical Equipment and Respiratory Services:
Option
Care will provide services for Home Medical and Respiratory Equipment
and supplies as ordered by your physician. Common items of
equipment ordered include oxygen, C-Pap and Bi-Pap, nebulizers,
wheelchairs, hospital beds, bathrooms aids, and more.
Rehabilitation Services:
Option
Care can coordinate a patient-specific program to optimize your rehab
potential through the services of Physical, Occupations and Speech
Therapy.
